CHD is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to oversee the administrative functions for our Clinical Services Division.
Responsibilities: Oversight of administrative functions for high volume, multi-site outpatient practice including intake and appointments, medical records, reception, billing, general office management and client support. Provide supervision to up to eight administrative office staff. Establish work procedures to ensure that practice operations are efficient and in compliance with required standards. Position involves significant interaction and communication with clinical and medical providers, as well as management and business office staff. Some travel between office locations. This position is the lead coordinator, in consultation with Vice President of Clinical Services, for licensing and payor compliance/audits.
Oversees Central Registration/Intake Unit and is key liaison with Medical and Psychiatry providers.
to five years in mental health/ behavioral/ addiction outpatient clinics in a
supervisory capacity. Bachelor’s Degree
in business or a related field preferred.
Experience with regulatory and payor compliance, utilization management,
and quality management preferred. Strong
EHR and billing experience required.
